Home improvement and extension
Finance renovation, repairs or an extension to the home you already own: a new kitchen, flooring, waterproofing, or an additional floor for the family. The loan is based on the work estimate and your eligibility.
What you can use it for
- Flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing and wiring
- Painting, waterproofing and structural repairs
- Adding a floor or extra rooms
- Exterior work such as boundary walls
Who it suits
- Owners of a self-occupied or rented-out home
- Existing home loan borrowers, often as a top-up
- Salaried and self-employed applicants

Questions
Is a top-up better than a separate loan?
If you already have a home loan, a top-up is often simpler and cheaper. We will compare both for you.
Can I use it for furniture?
Generally no. Banks fund fixed improvements to the structure, not movable furniture or appliances.
