What a DSA does for you
A Direct Selling Associate is appointed by a bank to bring in and process loan applications. For you, it means someone who knows the bank’s policies from the inside meets you, works out the right product, collects and checks your documents, and submits a complete file.
The bank still makes the credit decision and signs the loan with you directly. What changes is that you have one experienced person guiding the process and following it up, instead of navigating branches and helplines alone.

You should understand the rate, the fees and the tenure before you commit. Every option is explained in plain words, in Hindi or English.
Check papers before the bank does
Most delays come from documents. Your file is checked line by line before it is submitted.
Stay with the file
From login to sanction to disbursal, one person follows up so you are not chasing the bank yourself.
Bank’s rate, bank’s terms
The loan is directly between you and the bank. You pay the bank’s own rate and EMIs go to the bank.
